In order to ensure an absolute elite tier of academic publication, all manuscript matrices submitted to the Journal of Engineering Strategy and Innovation (JESI) undergo a rigorous double-blind evaluation setup prior to formal archive indexing. The screening pipeline guarantees that papers are thoroughly original, strategic, and optimized effectively.
Objectivity and Neutrality Mandate
All submissions must be evaluated objectively, regardless of the writers' organizational affiliation, origin, gender, or institutional status. Your validation logs must be completely impartial; please strictly avoid making offensive, hostile, or derogatory remarks regarding the research work or the authorship circle.
Confidentiality Statement: Please do not disclose any algorithmic details or content models obtained during the tracking pipeline, or utilize unpublished material matrices within your own active research streams without explicit authorization from the editorial desk. All manuscripts must be managed with absolute absolute confidentiality.
Conflicts of Interest: Reviewers must instantly disclose any potential conflicts of interest (financial, institutional, or collaborative) and recuse themselves from the analysis queue if a clear intersection of alignment is identified.
Review Criteria Matrix
The following specific analytical diagnostic fields must be audited by peer experts when generating evaluation logs. Submitted data packages should completely verify:
Does the manuscript offer distinctly new methodologies, adequate engineering depth, and unique conceptual frameworks to fully justify publication within an international journal index?
Does the text establish an exhaustive and deep understanding of the relevant academic literature? Are references up to date, and has any significant historical paradigm been overlooked?
Is the core computational thesis built upon an appropriate base of theories or operational concepts? Has the experiment structure been optimally designed, and are the methods fully replicable by third-party teams?
Are the analytical results cleanly tracked and verified with appropriate statistical accuracy? Do the final wrap-up structures adequately integrate all theoretical goals of the study?
Does the manuscript explicitly declare direct implications for ongoing industrial applications, smart systems automation, or organizational workflow engineering? Does it successfully bridge the gap between abstract computed logic and physical infrastructure deployment?
Does the text clearly state its claim, measured against the rigorous vocabulary standards of the field and the expected knowledge of the journal's readership? Has precise care been taken regarding acronym definitions and syntax fluency?
